Back in 2003 we ran an article on the Best Whitewater Universities and since we were only a little Canadian publication back then they were all in Canada!  So lets here from our Canadian students if they agree with this list (or tell us what's changed) and from our American readers share your vote for the best place to get a  Whitewater Education.
